Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Committee is a group of employees dedicated to promoting an inclusive workplace, where everyone has equal opportunities, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, or other individual differences.

We are proud to partner with various organizations, including:

  • WEPs (Women´s Empowerment Principles)
  • Éntrale (Inclusion of people with disabilities)

Each year, we conduct a diagnostic assessment and develop a work plan based on the results. This committee plays a vital role in advancing equal opportunities for growth and success for every member of our team.
